Heavy Rainfalls Expected in Next 48 Hours in Balochistan: PDMA

Quetta: According to Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Heavy rainfalls are expected in next 48 hours in Balochistan.

These rainfalls might result in flash flooding in vulnerable districts, warned PDMA.

PDMA has requested people living close to flash flood prone localities to stay alert and keep Deputy Commissioners (DCs) and PDMAs informed about flooding situation.

Control Rooms have been set up at the PDMA, Commissioners’ offices and DCs’ offices to monitor and coordinate the flood relief activities.
