Dark Side of Coaching Academies in Quetta

As soon when a student completed his matriculation his family demands from him to become a doctor or engineer. They emphasizes on this due to the fact they are been captured by notion of fame and status associated with these two professions. This is the time for the student to compete with his competitors from their respective districts and for that they rush towards coaching academies.
At first the student is confuse and unable to decide which academy has to be chosen because there is open market where everyone can commence their own academy and advertise their motives of producing doctors and engineers. Now this is the real challenging pinnacle for a student that where to go and whom to trust. Hence they consult different academies and when they are still not satisfied then they receive suggestions from their chaps and compare the ratios of the previous qualified students. After getting statistical data they overcome their level of satisfaction to some extent and even not justified to full attainment of satisfaction.
On the other side owners of those academies try their level best to get enrolled large number of students. They mostly prefer those students who are from the periphery of the Province and announce different packages for them in order to get those particular students enrolled. This is not done as a well-wisher of them rather they want them to get enrolled due to their own interests and their interests are is located in the fact that these districts have very minor level of competition as compare to other districts. This is also done for the commercial purposes. Heavy fees are charged from the student for the specific tenure and promises are made with them that course will be completed on time.
As these academies are run by single individuals, who act as a one man army therefore all of the subjects are taught by him. Therefore they are not accountable to anyone. He works as a monarch and has strong monopoly over the students as well as over the whole academic institution. Somewhere if they have their fellow teachers they are subordinated to the monarch and they can’t raise their own against him. Even the parents who are paying for the tuitions of their children can’t argue with them otherwise their children will be expelled from the academy and the wish for their children will remain in their eyes.
Over here the state institutions like education department also keeps silent and just watch these deeds as a spectator and does not bother to bring them under the state institutions. Therefore there are no jurisdictions and edicts that can hold them accountable in frontage of the state institutions.
Preponderantly the vendors of these academies are doctors who have taken the profession of teachers. They are neither professional teacher nor professionally belong to medical field. The students just go after them blindly because they think that as they are doctors hence it will be obliging for them to put them on the similar alleyway. So over here the contradiction takes place that our institution either social or educational are not producing the individuals of their abilities.
As the main purpose of the educational institution is to search the inner capabilities of the students and let them to work on their inner capabilities and to become a useful citizen. This is one of the factors which give rise to the illiteracy and poverty because we are no producing professionals. Unfortunately the parents are unaware of the other professions and hence they just imposed the notion of professionalism on their children just to be found in medical or engineering. This kind of deeds leads us towards the devastation of upcoming generation.
