Letter: Need for Cancer Hospitals in Pakistan

I would like to draw the attention of government towards the cancer hospitals in Pakistan where about 300,000 individuals suffer from the cancer, but there are few hospitals for the treatment of the cancer.
According to an estimate only 40,000 patients get treated and the total of 591 beds and 59 oncologists are just availed for the treatment of all over 162,000 patients in the entire Pakistan. So, the result of this situation was that, the several patients lose their lives because they were not treated well.
In reality, our government is more interested the fields of making roads, building and other activities, then where are the most important things by which our lives will be saved from them and where are the fundamental needs of the people? Where are the hospitals and schools, by help of them our lives will save and live a proper life in the nation?
So, I request the government of Pakistan and Mr. Nawaz Sharif to take some serious steps in order to solve this major painful issue and start focusing on health and education.
