Dalbandin: No Female Staff in Girls Degree College

Dalbandin: No female teacher has been appointed in the only Girls Degree College of Dalbandin, learnt Balochistan Voices.
Students are facing a lot of hurdles in their education due to non-availability of female staff in college.
Mr. Ali Ahmed Baloch, Senior Journalist, told Balochistan Voices that District Chagai is one of wealthiest lands but unluckily it lags behind from other districts of Balochistan due to the lack of education, which causes to increase illiteracy rate.
Mr. Baloch lamented that it is very important to appoint female teachers for girl students to save their bright future.

It is very sad to say that Dalbandin is a tribal area and due to male staff often girls quit their education which makes their future dismal, he added.
Mr. Abdul Qayyum, Lecturer at Boys College Dalbandin, told Balochistan Voices that Government has made just a building with no facilities for teachers who are compelled to pay extra money in other private rooms for accommodation.
Mr. Qayyum further added that there is no permanent driver for Girl’s College bus which causes transportation problems.
Girl students told Balochistan Voices that there is a grave yard of problems in Girls College, No proper system for clean drinking water and no electricity in Girls College Dalbandin.
Girl students lamented that government makes loud claims of educational emergency but unluckily the situation is same. There is still no change in educational institutions of Balochistan.
