Letter: Unfair Increase in BMC Entry Test Marks Requirement

It is extremely worrying to know that the Bolan Medical College has raised required intermediate percentage marks abruptly for entry test.
Previously it was sixty percent but now it has been raised to seventy percent which is too high for the medical students because Balochistan board does not gave high marks like other provinces.
Many students are preparing for the entry test in Quetta. Now this year the increase in marks requirement has rendered many of them not eligible to take the test. This can potentially spoil the careers of several bright students.
Numerous students are facing the same troublesome situations owing to the unfair sudden raising required marks in intermediate.
Thus, I request the concerned authorities to nullify the raise in marks and help in securing the career of Baloch students.
