Quetta: Miyan Ghundi Park, which is one of the picnic points for the people of Quetta, is deteriorating with the passage of time, learnt Balochistan Voices.
Due to no attention by concerned authorities, the grassy section is diminishing and turning into a dry place.
Government of Balochistan has given approval of tube wells to water flower and grassy area but these are not materializing.
Employees are also absent from their duties.
Local people told Balochistan Voices that it is only place for them to walk and breathe fresh air which is important for health, but unluckily it is being destroyed due to lack of attention by Government.
People of the area have requested from Chief Minister of Balochistan and Provincial Ombudsman to take serious action against those responsible for plight of Miyan Ghundi Park.
