PCS and Master Exams on Time, Separate Masters Exams for Students Appearing in Both

Quetta: In a high level meeting held in Chief Minister’s (CM) Secretariat on Friday, it was finally decided that PCS exams and Masters Exams of University of Balochistan (UOB) will be held on time and special exams would be later conducted for Masters Students who are taking PCS exams.
High level meeting was chaired by CM of Balochistan Nawab Sanaullah Zehri and it was attended by opposition leader, provincial ministers, government and opposition members of assembly, senior bureaucrats, Chairman of Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPCS) Justice Kailash Nath Kohli and Vice Chancellor of UOB, Dr. Javed Iqbal.

It was announced in the meeting that master’s students of UOB are the assets of the province and no one would be allowed to play with their future.
Masters students who are appearing in both PCS and Masters exams will be asked to submit their duly attested Roll number slips of PCS exams with controller examinations UOB. Separate exams would be held for these students after PCS exams.
CM Balochistan asked Chairman BPSC to provide full security and other facilities to PCS candidates during exams.
PCS students of remote areas of Balochistan who are staying in Quetta for appearing in exams took sigh of relief after this announcement was made. A group of such students told Balochistan Voices that they were in dilemma and mental stress as whether PCS exams would take place or not and now their dilemma has ended with this announcement.
Earlier, it was reported by Balochistan Voices that a conspiracy was underway to hijack PCS exams and two sources had corroborated that claim.
