It is matter of shear negligence on the part of concerned authorities that the only public library of Quetta city has been closed for last three months owing to its shifting from Spini road to its permanent building situated at Jinnah road.
The new building being fully constructed was supposed to be inaugurated in the mid of December 2016 but sadly due to the indolent behavior of Chief Minister, the inauguration ceremony has been postponed three times and still the inauguration is trembling and likely to be postponed further.
It has severely affected the preparation of students belonging to the different faculties such as engineering, medical, agriculture, CSS and Pcs.
So, it is requested from the concerned authorities to inaugurate the library as soon as possible to save the precious time of students from being wasted.
