Letter: Encroachments in Turbat

Turbat market is the commercial area of District Kech. The shops remain crowded during the day. It is an irony to find that the shopkeepers have encroached market and public places. Most of the shopkeepers have increased the sizes of their shops without taking permission from government.
However, a number of hawker men have been found besides the roads, selling, flowers, fruits and vegetables. Because of the land encroachment, the sizes of the roads have become very narrow for the people or vehicles to pass through. Due to that traffic problems take place.
It is common these days that heavy traffic has jeopardized the lives of the people of Turbat. It is very difficult to find a way to escape from the heavy traffic. So I plead to the government and concerned authorities to restrict land encroachment in public places.
