Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) Quetta is only board for entire province of Balochistan.
Students coming to the office of BBISE to collect their Secondary and Higher Secondary educational certificates go back disappointed. The reason is that the concerned officials in Registration branch is not present on his seat.
A student belonging from district Chagai told Balochistan Voices “I am coming from last 10 days to clear my R/L Fee in F.sc exams to collect my fail card but I am unable to get it because the concerned official in Registration branch is not present on his seat.”
“I am unable to bear expenses for hoteling in Quetta. Whenever I access Room Number #7 in BBISE Office for verification of my documents they also demanded 30 rupees per form attestation fee,” added the student.
When students ask about absence of concerned official from BBISE office they started blaming students and said that it is very late, concerned officer has gone for 10 days leave and no one is watching matters in his absence. Students are facing a lot of hurdles but no is ready to take responsibility.
