Dalbandin: Every year more than 500 students join Degree colleges in Chagai after passing matriculation exams but they face a lot of problems.
Students from Taftan, Saindak, Nok Kundi, and Yak-Mach, Sub tehsil Chagai, Chehatar have to come to Dalbandin to study in colleges. They have to bear expenses of lodging and boarding outside of their homes which is unaffordable for many students.
There are only 6 teachers at boy’s degree college Dalbandin who can’t properly teach all the students in the college. There are no female teachers for the girl’s students of the girl’s degree college.
“It is very hard to continue my education in college, said a female student while talking to Balochistan Voices. I belong to a tribal family and my parents would never allow me to get an education from male staff.
The government needs to appoint complete teaching staff at both Boys and Girls degree college Dalbandin, a lecturer at Boys degree College Dalbandin said while talking to Balochistan Voices.
It is impossible to teach students in district Chagai with poor teaching staff in girl and boys colleges, said Mr. Ghulam Yaseen Baloch a senior teacher while talking to Balochistan Voices.
