Dalbandin: Jamiat e ulma Islam (JUI) staged demonstration and rally in front of Dalbandin Press Club against water shortage problem in Dalbandin city.
Members of JI also took part in demonstration.
District Ameer of JUI Molana Muhammad Alam Muhammad Hassani, Molana Anwar Notezai, Abdul latif Adil and others spoke that people of such a wealthy mother land are compelled to fetch water from far and flung areas due to shortage.
DC Chagai, District chairman and other officials still not taking serious action to tackle the problem, alleged the protestors.
Government has released more than 30 million rupees but situation is same. People are sizzling and drizzled from hot weather.
Children, women and elderly people are facing lot of problems due to water shortage problem. Speakers further told that if district administration didn’t solve the problem than we will stage more demonstration with the collection of other political parties.
All Political Parties delegation met DC Chagai Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani and discussed the matter. Mr. Pirkani ensured all parties members to tackle the problem on early basis.
Injustice will not be meted out to anyone, said DC Chagai. He ordered PHE officials to disconnect illegal water connections and ensure water supply to the entire Dalbandin city.
