Dalbandin: No Traffic Plan in Ramzan

Dalbandin: Lack of traffic plan in Dalbandin town is causing a great deal of inconvenience to the people, learnt Balochistan Voices.
Dalbandin, headquarter of Chagai district is small city with just three busy roads; Masjid road, Main bazaar and London. Still Traffic is not being managed by the traffic police in the city.
People belonging from far flung areas of district Chagai come to Dalbandin for different activities such as such as shopping or official works and get stuck in the traffic.
People face lot of difficulties to go to their homes, offices and especially students reach too late to their classes. Often they miss their class, officers miss their official meetings.
Mr. Imran Reki, a Taxi Driver, told Balochistan Voices that he faces a lot of problems when he has to go and take an emergency patient to hospital. “Due to traffic jam the patients bears lot of pain but there is no way we can get out of traffic jam,” he said.
Mr. Saad Rind, a Government servant, told Balochistan Voices that “I often reach my office very late due to traffic jam on Masjid road Dalbandin. I have missed official meetings many times and the situation is still the same.”
Mr. Waqar Reki, a local resident of Dalbandin, told Balochistan Voices That People on Shanks’s pony also face a lot of problem due to traffic jam. It’s problematic for the people to even cross the road, he said.
People of Dalbandin have demanded from Government of Balochistan and DIG Traffic to take serious action to tackle the traffic congestion in Dalbandin during the Holy month of Ramzan.
