Gwadar: All Parties Give Ultimatum of 10th July to QESCO

Gwadar: Leaders of All Parties of Gwadar have given ultimatum of 10th July to QESCO to solve the electricity load shedding problem in Gwadar and after that intense protests will be carried out.
This announcement was made by leaders of All Parties Conference (APC) in Press conference held in Gwadar Press Club, on Thursday.
Those who addressed the Press Conference include Abid Sohrabi Chairman Municipal Committee Gwadar, Naseem Pir Baksh of PML-N, Khoda Ali of NP, Hafeez Jaffar of BNP, Molana Abdul Hameed of JUI-F and Zubair Al dost of  PTI.

Leaders warned that severe protests would be carried out against QESCO if the electricity problem is not resolved till 10th July.
Leaders said that Gwadar is dubbed as a future mega city but the ground realties are different and people are suffering on daily basis.
“Electricity load shedding is a burning issue and it has made life of people miserable in Ramzan,” said speakers.
Speakers criticized QESCO for playing a negative role in the context of load shedding issue.
“QESCO harasses people in the name of recovery using NAB which is condemnable,” lamented the speakers.
Speakers said that there are different lobbies in QESCO and internal rifts among them affect the common public.
Leaders claimed that all political parties of Gwadar are united for solving electricity problem of Gwadar.
They appreciated DC Gwadar, Tufail Baloch, for trying to solve electricity problem and announcing Rs. 15 million for this purpose.
