There is a dire need to revamp the CSS examination system and it should focus on testing one’s problem solving skills and leadership qualities as opposed to rote learning or testing detailed knowledge of many subjects.
FPSC should devise a mechanism to facilitate those candidates who may be weak in English, but are highly talented otherwise.
If the old testing system of CSS is not changed, then it will prevent the really deserving students from joining the elite services of Pakistan.
Therefore, it’s requested from the concerned authorities to revamp the testing system of CSS to make it more effective and fair.
