Chagai: A Chinese media team visiting Saindak was barred from entering the Saindak project due to unavailability of No Objection Certificate (NOC) learnt Balochistan Voices.
According to official sources a media team had come from China to visit the Saindak Gold and Copper project run by Chinese company MCC but due to non-availability of NOC the team was not allowed to enter the premises of Saindak Project by law enforcement agencies.

Managing Director (MD) Saindak Metals Limited Raziq Sanjrani told Balochistan Voices “They will get the NOC and will come again, now they are in Islamabad to get the NOC in few days.”
According to sources the media team was affiliated with CCTV Channel of China which was accompanied by MCC officials.
Saindak project is known to be a no go area for local media since long time therefore many journalists were stopped to go there in past.
