Turbat city has just one NADRA office which is in poor condition. Hundreds of people come daily to get B-forms and CNICs, but the office lacks basic facilities owing to which people face hardships. The staff members are neither polite, nor even punctual.
There is no specific waiting place for people especially for women who wait for hours for their turn. Similarly, it is also deprived of electricity in summer with no clean water for waiting people.
I request the authorities to at least install an electric generator in the coming hot season and also direct the staff on duty to be polite with the people who visit the NADRA office from far off places.
