There is no denying the fact that Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) is believed to be an autonomous working body. It is undeniable that BPSC is playing pivotal role.
Unfortunately BPSC has a complicated application procedure which has been based on verified documents and requires much time. Aspirants face much trouble while verification process of the documents.
There is just one educational board in entire province and aspirants come to Quetta from far-flung areas of Balochistan for verification of their documents. It takes several days for getting verified documents due to crowdedness on the verification center.
Many aspirants do not apply for the different posts through BPSC due to complicated procedure.
There is a dire need of revamping this harsh system of BPSC.
BPSC should implement online applying system that will be easy and sophisticated indeed.
Obviously there would be no confusion amongst the aspirants if online system is implemented by authority concerned.
Hopefully my suggestions should be taken into consideration.
