The nurses in Balochistan are facing many problems including the lack of provision of security.
The nurses in Sandeman Civil Hospital Quetta and Bolan Medical College Hospital Complex have demanded for full security from the government side. Before some months, government announced to give security, give service structure, high risk and professional allowance but still nurses are waiting to receive these things.
The other three provinces had approved service structure for nurses working in the hospital but the nurses in Balochistan are facing serious problems.
I would like to request the concerned health authorities to support and provide the nurses with fool-proof security for their safety.
