Mobile phone service operators keep on dispatching their promotional messages which irritate users. Many of users are not interested in such value-added services. Those messages are coming up on their mobiles which are chafing as they often fill up their inboxes.
Frankly, this is not the right way of marketing a product. There should be roles and regulations to doing this and promoting one’s product it is not a paltry thing but it should not be overdone.
This not only disturbs people but also create different kind of images of Mobile Phone Service Company. Although they think they have a system of controlling these dilapidated messages, they don’t.
PTA should take clear action against this practice.
