Yes, it is true that even some dear-ones openly use cell phones in Tehsildar Exams of Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC). Even a guy, who claimed to be a nephew of provincial minister, resisted when he was asked to handover mobile phone to the invigilation staff.
Secondly, three brothers sat side by side, though they had different roll numbers. Thirdly, though we were strictly checked in Magsi Hall and mobile phones were collected while my friend in Ibrar gym Hall has taken pictures of his paper; and another friend used Mariam Webster dictionary in mobile phone.

Fourthly, to be unbiased, the papers of Baloch belt and Quetta zone were much difficult then Zhob zone. Only Makran and Zhob division paper (which was the same paper) was easier than Quetta and Baloch belt one.
All papers were out of the given syllabus. Précis were copied. A question of Islamyat was copied and pasted from Understanding Islam by Shakoor Kakar.
Interestingly, questions were copied from the book in the same sequence. There were thousands of other irregularities. What to mention!
