In October, 2015 Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) announced 41 Assistant Commissioner and 22 Section Officer posts. Last date of form submission was 19 November, 2015. More than Fifteen thousand candidates’ submitted forms but Balochistan Public Service Commission did not held examination on set time schedule as it was said that paper will be after three or four month so, expected date was January or March/April, 2016.
Due to irresponsible behavior of BPSC, PCS exam was not conducted on time so number of candidates missed their CSS exam just due to the rumor about PCS exam predicted on blind date. The questions arise here that why Balochistan Public Service Commission did not make a publication of confirm date or month about PCS exams? Why BPSC play with the future of the students of the province which is already struggling in the field of education?
A letter on 26, October 2016 is also issued from Chief Secretary of Balochistan office about adequate and full proof security of Ayub Stadium during PCS exam which confirmed the news of security threat but the question which now a days every candidate is asking from BPSC and provincial government that how it is possible for them to appear in the exam in such an anxious atmosphere? Why due to the irresponsible behavior of Balochistan Public Service Commission (did not detained examination on time) as a candidate they sacrifice their M.A exam along with their chance of appearing in the 2017 CSS exam?
In two month duration in two suicide attacks On August 8, 2016 attacked on lawyers in Civil Hospital and on October 24, 2016 terrorists stormed Police Training College in Sariab area, Balochistan lost number of educated person which added more darkness of illiteracy in the deprived province. From the above mentioned situation it is predicted by common masses people that provincial government and negligent behaviors of BPSC is providing another opportunity to the terrorists to kill the educated people of Balochistan? Why candidates sacrifice their life and future just because of the negligence of BPSC?
Balochistan Public Service Commission is answerable for this perplex situation and currently its BPSC duty to restructure the position and award a clear and cut line to the candidates to participant in the entire (M.A, PCS and CSS) applied exams; and next time take judicious step to publicize the date of PCS examination with the advertisement.
