Professor Ghani Parwaz Bestowed with Life Time Achievement Award

Quetta: Professor Ghani Parwaz was bestowed with Life Time Achievement Award in University of Balochistan (UOB), on Saturday.
Vice Chancellor of UOB Dr. Javed Iqbal and Dr. Hamid Ali Baloch Chairman Balochi Department UOB Balochi Department bestowed “Life time Achievement Award” to Professor Ghani Parwaz as an acknowledgement of his great work to promote Balochi language.
Ghani Parwaz is one of the prominent writers of Balochi language who has written more than 10 books.
Professor Dr. Javed Iqbal Vice Chancellor University of Balochistan and chief Guest of Ceremony said that University of Balochistan is going on right path. We are working for promotion of languages, and now a days we can observe change in different departments.

He further added that I am very glad and feeling proud to be a chief guest of such a great program. He further added that I can understand Balochi language but unluckily can’t speak, but I will learn Balochi. Vice chancellor added that Ghani Parwaz is such as a lighten candle and I can say with faith that the future of our upcoming generation is bright in this time. He told that such programs will continue in future.
UOB is giving “Life time Achievement Award” to best writers, columnists, Teachers fiction writers and others in the acceptance of their good work to promote Balochi Language, said Mr. Hamid Ali Baloch Chairman Balochi Department.
This award was inaugurated in 2012 first time.
Professor Dr. Saboor Baloch, AR Dad, Abdul Karim Biryali and others said that Ghani Parwaz is one of the broad mind and independent writers who continued his writing without any fear and break. They further added that Ghani Parwaz has struggled for youth, women rights. He loves his motherland very much.
