Dalbandin: Reki Tribe staged demonstration in front of Dalbandin Press Club against increase in robbery and theft incidents in Dalbandin City, on Thursday.
Tribal leader Haji Abdul Rehman Reki, Ibrahim Reki, Waqar Reki, Mustafa Kamal Reki, Iqbal Reki and others said that robbery incidents are increasing in Dalbandin city and nearby areas, but there is no rule of law, which is disturbing peace and prosperity.
Last week the dacoits looted more than 400,000 rupees and gold from Waqar Reki’s home and still no one has been apprehended.
Protestors further said that district administration is bound to ensure security of people but very sad to say that in such an era people of Chagai are still disturbed due to theft and robbery. They further added that district administration just calls for meetings and no serious action is taken against such bad activities in city area.
They demands from government of Balochistan and district administration Chagai to take serious actions against such negative activities and ensured security of people.
“If no action taken then there will be mass demonstration and blocking of RCD road and government will be responsible for this,” warned the protestors.
