Quetta: An accountability court has returned former Balochistan Finance Secretary Mushtaq Raisani’s plea bargain request on technical grounds, learnt Balochistan Voices.
The court returned the request and the record after hearing the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor and investigation officer.
Court raised different objections on the plea bargain case of Mushtaq Raisani and asked NAB to file answers on the objections.

Earlier, NAB had accepted the plea bargain request of Mushtaq Raisani, Balochistan’s former Finance Secretary as well as Sohail Majeed Shah, the contractor and front man of Khalid Langove, the former adviser to chief minister Balochistan for finance for Rs. 2 billion.
This decision was widely criticized by different quarters and NAB was mocked on Social media across the country.
