Dalbandin: Federal levies personnel are deprived of salaries for last 7 months in District Chagai, learnt Balochistan Voices.
The federal government has appointed 150 Young personnel from different areas of district Chagai through written, viva and physical fitness test. The personnel have also completed their 2 months departmental training course and are performing duties in Taftan, Nok Kundi, Yak Mach and Dalbandin.
“It is very difficult to meet our daily expenses. We are facing a lot of problems in line of duty. It is very tough for us to perform our duties without salaries, but we are compelled to work due to no other option,” A federal Levies man told Balochistan on condition of anonymity.
“We were very happy once we were appointed in Federal Levies but now we are not even being paid our salaries,” lamented the Levies man.
Federal Levies Personnel have demanded from Federal Government and Commissioner Quetta Division to take notice of this matter and ensure payment of their salaries.
