They have succeed to get 8 hours working demand. Today the Labor claims such rights of daily working hours it is a fruit of struggle before 131 centuries 1886 Chicago martyrs. It is a big incident of history when Labors red painted the earth with their blood.

There was no human rights law in Our constitution after 1947 independence day till 1955. Basic human rights was also not mentioned in 1962 law, but the ruler of time Ayub Khan consciousness the plight and he instated basic human rights. In 1973 Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto defined basic human rights in article, security of farmers and Labor rights defined openly. Violations of human and Labor rights is continued from centuries. As Aristotle said “Law is a net of spider which captures small animals ant, big animal torn it behind and go ahead.”
The government has initiated rules for Labor welfare and Labor rights are being played, but there is no ground works in reality. Labor Hospital, Schools, Colonies and others are existing but no Medicines nor has any qualified doctors staff in hospital, not a single flat has been allotted to Labor. Mine owners annually submit some of details from thousands, to earn money on the name of Labors for the issuance of EOB registration card. After this registration Labor department is bound to provide facilities one Labor due to the law. Often Kith and kin of mine owners get this registration.
Balochistan coal mining area Shahrag, Chamalang, Harnayi, Degaari along with Mach Bolan known to be important mining works. More than 20 registered companies are doing business where more than 5000 Labors are working without safety and basic rights. In case of emergency there is no rescue services. Large number of Labors have been burnt and lost lives during blasting in mines area, news published in leads but still no satisfactory arrangements has been done after such incidents.
Due to 1973 law today we are celebrating 44th Labors day. We are still unaware about Labors and countries exploitation and still don’t know the pain of our Labor brothers.
In this regard different Labor organizations staged demonstration, rally and protest in Metropolitan garden Quetta, Chaman, Dalbandin, Nushki and other parts of Balochistan.

After ban on trade unions Labors are facing a lot of hurdles during work.
