My point is about the low quality education in schools of district Awaran and tehsil Mashkay. In my perspective, one main reason is some old teachers whose service age is over and they are still continuing their service.
I’m sorry to mention, that they are unaware of the modern quality education system and also lack the skills to teach the new editions of books. This Continuity to their service is a big reason of less number of vacancies of teacher posts for young, skillful and able educated people who can understand the modern system of quality education and can teach in a better way. So that the new generation may get quality education which is their fundamental right.
Government should review and amend the related rule.
