Nepotism has become a common practice in Balochistan which is growing like a cancer disease. The practice of nepotism can be seen in every department, which has created concerns among the educated youths who have done graduation and wonder in search of governmental jobs. Sadly the recommendation culture has wiped out their hopes.
Due to the culture of nepotism, educated people are getting involved in illegal activities, as a result, every day a new crime is produced in society.
In conclusion, it is our fervent hope that the concerned authorities look into the matter before it goes from bad to worse.
