Quetta: Chairman Board of Directors of Peoples Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan (PPHI-B) Munir Ahmed Badini presided at the 27th general meeting, on Monday.
Chairman Board sought details of achievements in the health sector. The board praised the performance and urged management to maintain transparency and merit.
The Chairman lauded the substantial contributions of the Company in the health sector, especially telehealth services in Duki, Jaffarabad, Gwadar, Mastung, and Washuk.

CEO PPHI-B Aziz Ahmad Jamali, while briefing the board said that despite receiving lesser funds PPHI is operating the MERC project with enthusiasm. He added we have established 14 centers with 20 equipped Ambulances that are operational on roads. He added that PPHI has achieved 50% progress on the project.
The Board approved the construction of a new office building for PPHI-B at Quetta.
Members of the Board who attended the meeting include Dr. Rashid Tareen, Additional Chief Secretary Development Abdul Saboor Kakar, Roshan Khursheed Barucha, Irfan Ahmed Awan, Additional Secretary Health Tauqeer Ali, Additional Secretary Finance Tariq Aziz Lasi, and Company Secretary PPHI Muhammad Rafique Raisani.
